Hehe! Yea, that was for the old Team Liquid cake contest. The person that made that cake won a beta key. Still impresses me every time I see it. icon_smile.gif

I never saw that. Man that hatchery looks bad-ass, it's too cool to eat.

Those drones must have been a pain :0
Perhaps if this signature is witty enough, someone will finally love me.

Man Ive been getting my ass kicked recently. Past two days I dont think ive won a single game.

When I first started playing starcraft 2 in the beta, if I got thrashed it would always be early on or from an army value difference. This was easy to fix though, Id just watch the replay, see what they did and adjust my build accordingly.

But now Im stuck. I always loose what seem to be pretty even or close fights, loose very late game or just loose because I went with the unit the enemy was weak against. Apart from maybe the latter, I cant see anyway to improve when it comes down to this.

Tips anyone? icon_sad.gif

Don't just 1-a, actually micro your units in battle and separate them into different control groups. I personally need to work on splitting up my army into chunks instead of always moving everywhere with 1 single clump.

*lose.

And replay plz, you can usually win in gold with good macro.
while learning how to micro properly and manage units in proper chunks, usually working on macro, managing unit compositions, and scouting will help you more at this level.

But a replay will help us judge your current level, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

i have won my past 5 1v1s against Z by going 15 nexus. seems that if the zerg wants to be greedy and go hatch before pool, I should counter by being just as greedy icon_biggrin.gif

welp, boxer (slayerz boxer, not the other boxer) lost in GSL2. though he lost to fruitdealer so... id rather him take boxer down than some other person. to be frank, boxer only started playing SC2 2 months ago, so im really excited to see what he has to show in the future. now im just gunna sit and hope fruitdealer does us zerg players proud. with the recent patches though, i dont see how he wont win season 2 again. wooooooo

Wow the Werra clan is gone. http://www.teamliqui....opic_id=163209

It seems their manager tried to molest a member...

On a brighter side TLO has switched to zerg full time. http://www.teamliqui....opic_id=163211 Edit: Nevermind Nazgul is saying otherwise.

it seems the manager has a history of this type of behavior, and in fact raped one of the other members!

Oh man I wish I could get away with that in higher league play icon_sad.gif As soon as a zerg sees the nexus they normally throw down another inbase hatch and go mass lings which can be sooo hard to stop.
