This section has been unmoderated for way too long. That stops now. All rules are now in effect, you will be warned/suspended/banned for breaking them. I don't give a shit about your reputation here, it doesn't matter anymore.

No, I've seen this for a long time. Tons of flaming and alienating in this section, and multiple cleanups have been proposed. Now is just the first time we are executing it.
