Good episode, I thought. Some good laughs, but, again, it felt rushed.

EDIT: One could argue that PP being in the timeslot right after KvS actually brings more attention to the show and more fans.
The time PP is on was actually KvS's slot before, and since KvS is an established show with many fans, (although it is repeating a season right now) some of those fans will watch the show right after it and get into it.

I also thought this to myself. I certainly agree with you. Also, watching Pure Pwnage has made me sit down for an extra half hour and watch that British super power show that comes after. I'm actually kinda enjoying it.

great episode! It was so funny on how he thought he got owned, and started to be a noob.
Kyle: Noobs don't eat ketchup (???) WTF? I add ketchup on everything I eat!
LOL, great scenes too.
OMG! This is the second last episode! The last episode for the TV series will release next Friday! OMG! But I just don;t know why SHOWCASE put that show on at 10:30 p.m. and not at the original 10 p.m.! I want to watch it at 10 p.m., not at 10:30! Oh well, I can stay up until 11p.m. anyways.

Battlefield 2, Street Fighter, Julie, and Billy Mitchel. That was brilliant, a lot of stuff hit home so hard and the last two minutes was epic.

Billy Mitchell is one of the greatest arcade gamers of all time (maybe THE GREATEST). He was also the "antagonist" in "The King of Kong: Fistful of Quarters" documentary. Here's some of his accomplishments: Billy Mitchell Wikipedia.
EDIT: Also, was it just me, or did Jeremy's boss name-drop Billy Mitchell's "Rickey's World Famous" hotsauce when saying he was going to "get his wing on"?

The first pro gamer ever!
He was pro at arcade games but his biggest thing was kong and pacman.
Go watch The King of Kong: Fistful of Quarters the movie
EDIT: yep what poster above said ^

It's on @ 11:30 pm here in New Brunswick. Good thing I have an unhealthy sleeping pattern.

Was Jeremy walking down the street... talking to the camera?
Did he really do that, or am I just imagining it?
If he did, then I owe Geoff and Jarett a big apology, because that moment brought back so many good memories.
This is by far the best TV series episode, and could easily stand up to over half the web series episodes.

What I Liked:
-Jeremy eating vegetables then spitting them out right away
-The beginning
What I didn't like:
-Tyrel's storyline
Everything else was pleasent to watch.
2nd best episode so far.

Agreed; spreading the show too thin with several diverging story-lines was a big mistake that has spoiled the show as a whole. In this episode as well, I remained totally uninterested in the sub-plot (mainly because there wasn't much to be interested about -- an xbox gamer who we barely know anything about goes on a date? No thank you). But Ep. 7 centered enough on Jeremy for my liking; for what it's worth this is more like the classic PP I've dreamed of seeing on TV.

My thoughts? Well, lemmie put it this way... i'd be very suprised if they were signed up for a second season at this rate.
The episodes are just getting progressively worse imo. The first 3 episodes they pretty much nailed, but it's all gone downhill since then.

Definitely one of the best episodes so far. Had quite a few good laughs. The loss and the 'noobification' of Jeremy was handled way too fast, but it does have to fit a time constraint now. Hopefully the next ones will be as good or better.

Easily the best episode so far! Everyone was great. Plenty of lulz throughout. I'm just going to pretend that episodes 4-6 never happened.

yeh defs the best episode so far... you guys managed to take the basic premise from the original in a new direction which actually was funny for its own merits in stead of just being overshadowed by the original....... only episode 3 managed to do that kind of cos of dougs antics (ironically coming from me)....
jarrett and the boss carried the episode... finally jarretts new voice actually suited the comedy... lol @ what do normal ppl do they like get money and buy shit thats it rofl...
