So, I've been thinking, why did the two most powerful nations in the world agreed to reduce their nuclear arsenal? The answer was quite clear. Vacuum "cleaners". By Vacuum "cleaner" I'm referring to a new weapon that will replace all the tactical nuclear bombs in the arsenal of both countries called FOAB (Father of all bombs). A pathetic name if you ask me...
The only problem these nations had with the nuclear weapons was that they couldn't use them due to various agreements concerning the use of nuclear weapons. FOAB came to solve that "problem".
See this wiki article.

As you've seen on these videos, FOAB is going to be used against "Terrorists".
I think theres one thing missing from all this, Rage Against The Machine.

It will work just as well as it did 20 years ago.

Also, Vacuum bombs dont work very well in places with low air pressure IE during a Hurricane or a windstorm.

nuclear weapons aren't used because of MAD. These weapons are many many times less powerful than most nuclear weapons.

People don't pull up their film cameras when a nuclear bomb is dropped on them.

It was, and I'm sure they filmed it. Doubt you can get your hands on a copy though.

It's been declassified supposedly.
Considering Discovery channel got their hands on the footage for something.

Seen it on youtube. Or something I think, might not have been the Tsar bomba, but was something definately huge. Apparently it fucked shit up in Finland and North Western Russia.

This is not the time to be a douche.
Save it for Crap Section.

Alot of times people videotape testing of a bomb just to keep a record of it...
or to show the world how it stands against others.
(Just guessing here)

Adding to last post:
So, can anyone post footage please?
Not quite sure why but i'm really curious as to what it looks like.

So, nuclear weapons are being replaced by much less harmful normal bombs and this is a problem, how?

Nuclear bombs are, like way2lazy2care said, only not used because of MAD.
If it was possible to fire nuclear bombs without retaliation, you'd better fucking bet someone would have already done it.

These new scalar weapons are going to be used in the near future by the real terrorists.
Below is why I think these new ECO-friendly weapons are a problem.

What I'm trying to say is that nuclear weapons are baned.
These new Eco-friendly weapons are going to be used against "terrorists" with civilians getting killed too, as it always happen nowadays.
I guess the civilians will pay someone else's price.

we have had the capability to fire bomb all of these cities full of civilians and terrorists since WWII. This is just a single bomb that will do the same thing as if we would have dropped 200 smaller ones on them like we did in WWII or vietname

The threat of Nuclear Weaponry lies in the capability of ICBMs to deliver payloads incredibly fast. The USA was the superior during the Cold War because while the Russians made bigger bombs, the USA had the Jupiter Missiles that massively outpaced the Russian counterparts. The USA could have confirmed and responded to Russian missile signatures, launched their own, and had them detonate long before the Russian weapons reached their destination. That was a big reason why the USSR was interested in Cuba: due to its proximity to the USA. Both countries had at least 2x overkill capability so I won't go into that. There was no missile capable of delivering the 100MT Tsar Bomba (the 50MT test was delivered by a plane), so it would have essentially been useless were a war to break out. That's why I don't have a doubt that the FOAB is not the Nuclear Replacement you're looking for.

http://en.wikipedia....t_Global_Strike
http://www.nytimes.c...e/23strike.html

^That was what all the talk was about, I think just hours after the ratification between Medvedev and Obama.

Anywhere in the world in under an hour? Holy Fuck.
