Windows 7 rules explained somewhat below (these can be changed). Usage of pixlr can also be discussed.
You have to draw based on the topic or object that is currently chosen and then a winner will be chosen once 20 days have passed from the contest's starting time. There is more to it though, so please read on if you are so far interested
. Contests are topics or objects that Judges choose which are continuously being made where people can enter their MS Paint drawings. The latest contest is made by the Judge who is whomever won the last contest or the first person to post their eagerness to be a judge after the winner didn't make a decision within 48 hours of them being declared a winner.
Everyone may participate in a contest but must only be using the Microsoft Paint to draw their entry. Also the size shouldn't be too big, please. (save bandwidth kiddywinkles)
How to Draw in MS Paint
1.) Open Microsoft Paint from your Start Menu by going to All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
2.) Hold CTRL then press E or go to Image > Attributes... Afterwards, go to Width: then type in the width you want e.g: 400, then go to Height: and type in the height you wante.g: 700, Click OK.
3.) Draw something based on the topic/object.
How to Save your Drawing
6.) Save the picture somewhere on your computer (probably best to put it on the desktop).
7.) Go to ImageShack or photobucket (for photobucket you must register an account). Then go to the upload section of photobucket or simply click browse in ImageShack
and find your file, double click it then click "Upload" (or something similiar).
8.) Now you will see either boxes with text in them or a link somewhere, you can either highlight a tag that starts and ends with [ IMG] [ /IMG] and simply Copy (Ctrl+C) > Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your post or if you can't see the tags around the link in one of the text boxes, or just want to write the tags yourself, highlight the link on its own, Copy (Ctrl+C) > Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your post and surround it with a [ IMG] at the front and [ /IMG] at the back.
The winner can choose to be a Judge, which means they get to choose a topic or object for everyone else to draw and then judge which one is the winner after 20 days. The winner should post when they've won and tell everyone whether they want to be a Judge or not and what topic/object they have chosen for everyone to draw.
Ye Olde Rules
- You have 48 hours after being chosen as a winner (first page has dates of contest) to post a reply stating whether you would like to be a Judge, otherwise the next person to post can choose to be a judge
- The Judge has 72 hours to decide who wins their contest after its over (first page has dates of contest) or if they don't want to judge (in which case I would decide), otherwise I will decide in place of the judge
- Contests will go for 20 days, after which the Judge must decide who is the winner and potential next Judge.
- Only Microsoft Paint may be used to make your drawing, no adjustments should be made to your entry with anything other than Microsoft Paint
- Do not scale the image, if there is any anti-aliasing (which MS Paint does when you scale the image) then it is impossible to tell whether it was genuinely made in MS Paint or another program. Therefore, your entry will be void.
- Only 1(one) entry per person, you may however - post multiple pictures then choose one, in case you manage to outdo your other picture.
- You cannot enter a submission and judge it at the same time, if you choose to be the Judge, any submissions you make cannot be in the contest.
- All entries and contests are to be in accordance with the Forum Rules of the Pure Pwnage Forums.
Now there is the added problem of Windows 7's version of Paint. (These rules may change).
It has unnecessarily fancy brushes.

Brushes
In this image here, featuring Paint in Windows 7, the paint brush marked "Lololololrof" is almost identical to all previous versions of Paint.
This brush should be the only brush you use in these contests.
AS SEEN IN THE BELOW PICTURE:
I'm pretty sure the calligraphy tools are the same as the original MS Paint. Please correct me if this is wrong (Or if they are not the same/upgraded)
SHAPES
You cannot use the shapes with the dirty big red crosses on them, as they were not in the original Paint. (Again correct me if I'm wrong)
