Can we get some feedback that someone on the production of the show is actually paying attention to this feedback?

I see how it is! They've got the pretty girl doing the dirty work 'cause nobody'll dare raise a finger at her!
It's clever... a little diabolical... but clever...

I haven't watched an episode that I didn't like yet.
I laughed pretty hard at most of the stuff Doug does in this one (especially when he's told to say the line while in holding), and even the subtle reference jokes as well. Jeremy's urine bag was probably the most funny thing imo since there are people out there that won't get up from playing an MMO to go eat or use the bathroom.
I do miss the complexity of the story the web series had, but it's not a deal breaker for watching the TV show since I can get more or that when Episode 19 comes out.
The crew set out to make a solid television comedy show, and they delivered quite well. I can't wait until Friday for episode 6.

One thing that everyone needs to remember is that the TV series is separate from the web series. This is evident in the scene where Jeremy and Kyle are talking about girls, and Jeremy says that he has never had a girlfriend before.
Yes the rehashed jokes are old to the audience of the web series, but one has to keep in mind there is a chance for a larger (and newer) audience. If the jokes worked well in the web series, there is no reason they shouldn't try to repeat them to try and attract a viewer that may have happened across Showcase one Friday night.
Just my 2c.

If I could collect all of the "2 cents" on this forum, I'd be a rich, rich man.
Just my 2 cents.

I can't really add anything that hasn't been said yet, except that I agree with a lot of the problems that people have had with the show. Acting seems forced, Jeremy and Doug both seem stupid or something. I'm not sure if I'm liking the inclusion of parents yet, I think I liked it better when the show just involved the main characters, and the whole parental thing was sort of out of the picture. (except for when Jeremy got his PC taken away
).
Also, as much as people say a story isn't always necessary, I believe it is, especially since we all followed the webshow for a long time, which DID have a story. It was one of my favourite shows (if the webshow was considered a show) and the story contributed a lot to this, so when I see it go to TV, and all of the sudden there's no story, it's a bit disappointing. And even the shows that were mentioned (Seinfeld, Conchords, both of which I watch) have a genaral sense of direction, where as Pure Pwnage so far is just a bunch of random crap. It wouldn't be as much of a big deal if they weren't trying to add story elements every now and then. i.e: Jeremy getting a job, October having a thing for Jeremy, etc.
For now i'm going to blame it on the show not having released enough episodes yet to get a stride, but if this continues I might have to say farewell to the TV series, and start begging to have the webseries continue from where it left off.

Back on topic. . .
I thought the episode was a riot! One unfortunate thing is that Tyrel was hardly there. I think Jarett said in an interview that the T-bag / Tyrel / the cool gamer character is supposed to get Jeremy into situations he wouldn't otherwise encounter. Since they met at the club in the first place I don't think Tyrel has fulfilled his role yet. Of course there's still more episodes to go. Oh yeah, it was weird not seeing any footage of games in this episode. I guess there must be a good reason for that.
My favourite moment was probably Doug eating ice cream in the jail cell like everything was normal. Or the lawyer's "BOOM . . . headshot." haha, so many funny moments. The music with Jeremy's speech was pretty funny. It was nice to see him recovered and composed after the brief re-addiction. Which was pretty random I guess. Events really fly by in the TV series with only 22 minutes to tell a unique story.
"Whoa, wolf dropped a bear skin. How weird..."

Watched this episode other day at work, the whole "Doug court knife maniac" thing was not funny :/ Even though i know that's generally what Doug is, i just did not find it funny him running up to people being himself waving a knife around like a loon. Thankfully its a comedy, shame on the jury for not locking him up for few months though. :/
The MMO addiction thing i liked quite a bit, showed how suffers of the Class A MMORPGWoW addiction drug can consume, specially the keyboard drawing and practicing and "working around raids" That was me at one point so i could completely relate "Sorry i can not do that over time i have a Morogrim attempt tonight" etc.
Good episode on a whole, just bit queasy on the Doug Knife thingy.

Anyone else thought that Doug was in black face during the intro?

I actually enjoyed Episode 3.
But i could not even watch Episode 5 to the end.
They should have just aired Web Series Episode 7. Would have been much more entertaining. And genuine.
