I thought this episode was hilarious!

I really enjoyed the character development of Jeremy and Doug in this episode.
Jeremy always aiming for the best score for fun, not having fun and getting score
And Doug's emotional development, you can now see a direct definite link between his parents relationship and his anger / violent behaviour.

Best part of this episode was definitly the start / end - Doug smashing the guitar and Kyle leaving it at his friends place. Epic!

I loved all the classic rock band photos and espically the one with doug jumping in the air!! rofl!
I will make some wallpapers out of those

I liked the idea, and I really liked jeremys song.

I wonder what our reactions would be like if we had never seen the web episodes before. I try to imagine it, but I just can't. I can't give that kind of reaction to an episode without thinking how the character was in the web series.
I like the web series more but remember folks... the target audience now is truly mostly NOOBS. They watch TV and some may never have even played a game in their life before.

Us web watchers where already on the internet, and finding something with "pwnage" in it probably mean we played some games.

I think the show is okay, be this is definitely a DUMBED DOWN version of the web series. They have to tell us what an MMO, FPS, or anything abbreviated is. We're too dumb or just lack interest to google it on our own.

This is just my point of view. I'm sure there are many people who actually play tons of games who have discovered the show through TV and love it.

Am I the only one who didn't watch Pure Pwnage just for it's comedy? Don't get me wrong, there were some very funny moments in the Web Series, but overall it wasn't the jokes that kept me watching. It was the story about lives of gamers that kept me coming back. There was an episode, called LANAGEDDON that got me hooked. I thought it was the perfect mix of the games footage, the story, the characters etc. (I always loved the music too, that's one good thing that has stayed imo)

I am no writer, or critic, or whatever, but I have to admit that so far I'm not enjoying this TV series (Yeah there have been a few good jokes, and I thought episode 3 was a funny idea) but it just doesn't feel like Pure Pwnage to me.

Well I guess I'll await screaming from them "loyal true fans" now.

I have yet to see episode 5 + 6, so maybe I'll be proven wrong? But it doesn't sound like it from what I have heard.

I was very dissapointed in this episode. Wasn't very funny, and didn't pertain to the story line at all...

I found this episode completely hilarious. The part where Jeremy was trying to 4 man, rockband LMAO. This is one of the funniest shows I've ever watched in my life

Hi everybody, I'm so happy to join you!

I just watched this episode and I agree that lacks the plot of previous episodes
especially when compared to internet episodes
but still there were some hilarious moments and the whole story with the 'rocker dude' was really funny.

But I can't find what the last song is!!!
I googled the words 'I found a girl, she's so sweet..etc. but I found nothing.
I also used bing, yahoo, I used more than 10 sites with lyrics and I couldn't find it.

Can anyone help? What's the last song of episode 4?

edit: dougs acting is...awkward. They brought him from an unstable version of jeremy into an even MORE socially awkward character to the point where he's essentially devoid of any understanding. Thus, he always has to act overly ecstatic for these implausible situations...and it becomes bad. I just dont think they are writing his character properly and its negatively impacting his performance.
