Started hitting the gym again in early Feb.  I'm already seeing results, as I'm doing lots of HIIT and Lifting, with a sprinkle of just some running and elliptical.  

I've gained a few pounds of muscle already, but I'm also trying to shed out some fat.  I'm a big fan of doing obstacle courses and HIIT, also boxing.
