I've gone from 30kg bench at an uber struggle to 50kg bench.

10kg dumbbell press to 22.5kg.

In about 6-7 months.

I had a strange suspision it was him. I mean, I couldn't wrap my head around the fact there was a professional lifter in our misdt.

Fucking Seth. He said he hasn't been on the forums in a while - but he is addicted to it and will never quit.

EDIT2: By the way, at 180lbs those lifts are entirely possible. Would just take a shit ton of time to get that strong.

Yeah I know, its just really rare to see someone like that. I know a guy is is 162 pounds and does like 150 dumbbell press each arm, his chest is unreal huge for only weighing 155 pounds.

You're probably keeping good form, but just re-iterating the importance of it.

Was benching last Sunday and injured my shoulders due to some stupid error in form - can barley get through 135lb for 2 reps without pure shoulder pain , Feels bad mang.

Tomorrow, going for 275lb deadlift - wish me luck brahs.

Guys, i have a fairly curved back, making deadlights and bent over rows fucking hard to keep good form.


What the fuck can I do? Guy who works at gym said, go see someone about it (like £60 an hour), or train your back more as it should help straighten it out.

Its a natural curve, its not the form. My back is just naturally curved... also my little sister has the curve aswell, but hers isn't as bad at mine (probably because shes younger).


I know i'm not the only one, as seen plenty of people at gym that are my size that have similar problem.
