Hey guys,

So our MMA gym has a project going on for whether or not videos can be beneficial towards training. So the following video is a very watered down technique, I could go into detail but the main point of these videos are to just give an idea of what to expect.

If you have any questions about the technique please ask me, I will have more videos soon and thanks. Thinking about doing the superman punch next, but also you can give me ideas to things you want to know.

Rofl, "look cool for a few seconds". Decent video man, assuming you did it all by yourself.

I think videos can help alot, especially for very new people. I can't see the difference between watching a video example of a stance or technique etc and someone doing an example in person. Obviously in person the teacher can then go on in a little more detail or get you involved in some kind of way but yeah.

Who is this aimed at mainly?

If you're going for really really newbie people then you might want to explain things like the balance of the stance and where your weight should be and how to move in that stance.

Comedy gold.
Some audio static, kind of low but it's there. Pretty good video though, maybe put "thanks for watching" at the end icon_razz.gif.

Yeah your right, what my video was just a very watered down version of what I normally teach, as I didn't talk about balance and how you should be walking on the balls of your feet.

Yeah this entire thing was made in the res building on the basement floor, getting someone wont be a problem.

I may or may not get one today, I was thinking of rear naked choke, but we will see.

Cool. I - for me - prefer ground game because I don't have any training on it. Only really know to perform an arm bar and some chokes.
