I've heard, it really irks me too even though I don't have friends in the europe servers it is just the lack of freedom that they are taking away from us. I come from playing DotA and DotA is very big world wide and has quite the interesting european scene, I sometimes go there to participate in games too.

Although there will be no official support for DotA on sc2 so then that being said won't matter much to DotA, but to everyone who has friends internationally or perhaps for people that move across continents that move is just a big punch in the face!

I've also wondered about how Internet Cafés will work now, I'm guessing that logging in as a guest is the option that they will have to do, but then there's no tracking of stats? I go to this internet cafe a lot and it resides in Korean Town so you know that people will want their starcraft.

I really hope blizzard will really listen to the community here and just fix the things that they need to, I mean they've already upset a lot of people with no LAN support.

if you had 3 other friends to play with, it can would be awesome but going into 4v4 by yourself could get very annoying rather quickly
