I am running Windows XP x32 and have had no issues so far with anything related to the OS
As of today while playing Counter Strike: Source game in multi-player mode, ill be disconnected almost instantaneously (or it'll take a few seconds/minutes) with this error:
Disconnect: Your client has failed to reply to a query in time. Please reconnect or restart your game.
I've tried googling it and even browsing the steam forums for this error.. no one seems to be encountering it but me.
Symptoms in game before I get kicked off the server are:
-Lagging, rubber-banding all over the place
-When I quickswitch my weapons (CS:Source in this case) the animation stays put and stuck on my previous weapon.
- When i try to bhop it feels like theres an invisible barrier ontop of me.
Trust me, it's not related to the network driver problems, I get no lag whatsover, but when net_graph 3 command is activated. my Out keeps bouncing from 300 to a lower number, like 20, then again and again. my Choke increases,

Try checking your system temperatures. Use Hwmonitor or something to check. http://www.cpuid.com/index.php

Has anyone ever found out what this is? it has just happened to me and now its not letting me join the server again

Did you try:
- Restarting computer
- ensuring all games up-to-date
- deleting client BLOB?
