The visuals, LOL, I know they're just a "part" of any movie BUT GOD DAMN!, i guess it also helps that it's my first time watching 3D
I'm only gonna watch this movie in 3D.

Saw it, was extremely disappointed.
Turns out everyone was right, the visuals were really the only thing that brought this movie to be above-average.

I enjoyed it and I didn't even watch it in 3D. Cheesy at times and the acting was mixed, but the plot was solid and it was easy to immerse yourself into the entire thing. 8/10.
also lol at a knife fight between a giant robot and a blue skinned alien.

That pissed me off.
There's no way he could have won that.
Unless every alien is Superman.

Well the hero of the story is above-average in skills. Hardly a new concept

I think it's quite a bit more than "above-average" when you can pull of that kind of bullshit.

He's a ten feet tall alien with crazy athleticism and speed. And reinforced bones or some shit. Its not that unfeasible.
Also the Smerfs could learn a lot from the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi. (Now tell me that isn't annoying).

I wasn't disappoined, every minute of it it's interesting and im glad for the script with no stupid jokes!
LOL. Must I remind you of Colonel Stereotypic American badass whose every line in the movie would involve something like "Oh no, not today." "I had enough of this monkey bullshit." or "Not on my watch, sissy!"
I payed 10$ for this pile of crap+ 3$ for a pair of 3D glasses... +3 hours of James Cameron talking at E3 but all I want back is a few brain cells

Lolz the movie was sold out so we bought tix for 2012 and just turned right instead of left, grabbing the glasses off a table. The first hour and a half was intense since I was high and everything was so beautiful... Then after I burned out 2/3rds of the way through the story became more annoying and it was like "ehh...."
But yeah it's beautiful and awesome, though I almost wouldn't see it if I wasn't stoned in hindsight. The dialogue and whatnot is kinda annoyingly stock for a sci-fi film with military personel and like... Native people. The visuals truly redeem it though, especially if you're high. Otherwise, it's not that great.

Just saw it tonight, I was pretty happy with it. The visuals lived up to the hype for sure, and I personally liked the storyline. Sounds like more than a few people were disappointed but I would recommend seeing it.

I've never really cared about the movie, but I'd probably watch it. I've been reading about the game but it's the same there.
I think that it's interesting that both the movie and the game are being developed at the same time and they're throwing ideas at each other and helping each other.
So I think that both will be awesome. I read about the game and movie in a magazine called "LEVEL", published in Sweden.
