Also like to add my main goal will be changing my diet around to accomodate the body fat drop.

Currently my workouts are doing nothing for the look of my body as the minute I finish burning a shitload of calories I load my body up with booze, chips, ice cream, frozen dinners, cookies, Chinese Food, Mcdonalds, YOU NAME IT


Basically my weight maintains at the same area cause I never eat well enough to stop the calorie intake.

Going to change that and hopefully see some good changes in my body.

Just to clairfy though, I will never give up booze or Mcdonalds

Yea pics are only needed if you plan on either losing weight, putting on muscle or a combination of both. Full body pictures do give a better impression, but say you are only trying to do the upper half of your body and not your legs, then just the upper half is fine.

I just wanted to say for anyone looking to get into shape without going to the gym, pick up rock-climbing! It's pretty easy to get into if you have a rock-gym near you.

I would sign up but I've already made the change from a non-healthy lifestyle, to a much healthier one. I guess the only thing worth me signing up for is to actually /gain/ weight, which I desperately need to do. I lost around 15 pounds my first year of college (opposite freshman 15) and I'm already tiny, that just about skeletonized me. I went from 125ish to under 110, and now over a year later, I'm only up to 116ish. However, a lot of it is muscle built from climbing.

PS--where is the money coming from?

Yeah, I'm pretty skinny too. I'm only 130 because of how tall I am, lol. I'm want to get a bit of physical strength but for some reason that's not happening. I'm not gaining much visual muscle..

This is going to be good, I'm going to a private school this year, from what I hear, they work you like navy seals. >:D

Height: 5'2
Weight: 137 Pounds
Goal: Cut down body fat and gain muscle mass to the point where you can at least see abs
Current: 137 Pounds, small wall of fat between my skin and my abs.

Workout Plan: Like I said before, I'm joining a club in private school which is pretty much centered around physical fitness, I expect to be at the gym just about everyday.

Daily Nutrition: Um... I'm a junk food addict. I eat a lot but I have a fast metabolism, still, I am gaining weight, just very slowly.
Morning: Usually nothing... If I do though, usually a bagle
Snack: Junk food icon_redface.gif
Lunch: I don't really know, it varies day to day, I don't really have a traditional 3 meals a day I suppose.
Snack: You know the drill.
Dinner: Some kind of meat for protein, usually chicken, something else usually involving grains, and carrots. Always carrots.
Pre Workout (on workout days): I don't yet
Snack (post workout meal on workout days): ^^^^^
Pre-Bed: The first thing I see icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks a lot guys, you just made me realize I have a really bad diet. I'm going to eat an apple and go to bed now.

Just one problem: I'm going to need to update semi-weekly, no laptops there.

Edit: Gained 7 lbs.

Workout Plan: Caveman Training

Daily Nutrition: There's not usually a lot of junk food in my house, so I eat pretty healthy. Dinners are always full of meat, and vegeteables, usually wheat too.
Morning: These meals are for the school year, because I wake up earlier. My morning is usually a bowl of cereal, like cheerios, and a glass of OJ/AJ.
Snack: Used to be a bag of chips and a coke..I'll try to get milk and an oatmeal cookie. This may change.
Lunch: Usually a nice sandwich with meats,lettuce, cheese, and a small amount of mayo. Also a glass of milk.
Snack: A PBJ sandwich or granola bar. Maybe carrot sticks.
Dinner: Steak/Chicken/Pork/some kind of meat. Veggies like broccoli/asparagus/potato/carrots/cauliflower. And some form of wheat.
Pre Workout (on workout days): 1 Banana
Snack (post workout meal on workout days): A glass of milk, and a fruit like strawberries/blueberries/an apple. Something along those lines.
Pre-Bed: Just like, a glass of water, maybe a cheese string or toast or something.


What I'm doing now in terms of eating and exercising is so random and un-consistent I would never be able to put it in a format like this.

Any tips would be appreciated, because I want to know the best way for me to gain visible muscle and not be so skinny looking.

I would join, as I started eating far healthier and running a lot to lose body fat, but had to stop recently because i fell ill.
I drink too often and get sick too much, but I'll see how I'm feeling by August 31.
