The injury i've had since March/April last year is a partially prolapsed disc. Good times.
Feels bad man
I've been eating every 2 hours now for almost 3 weeks, I weighed myself yesterday and I had dropped 2 lbs... WTF? lol.
Im eating 6 times a day >.< Types of things I'm eating are inbetween normal meals; yogurt, apples, banana's, wholemeal nuts (lots of these), chicken, protein shakes.
And I somehow dropped weight lol... Also my diet hasn't been 100%, I had some fizzy drink, and some small bad things like a brownie. So you'd think I'd gain weight :/
Either way, the only muscles that seem to be growing are my legs and my back. Give it a month and see what happens.
Don't go by a number on a scale so many things can change what you weigh at any given time, i flucuate 8-10 pounds daily, last week i was weighing in at 180 now i am back to 170, go by what you look like in the mirror that is where you will see true progress.
Tuesday i go for 315 pound deadlift pulled 290 fairly easily the other day.
