Also, avoid doing crunches, they will stress your lower back. Try Reverse Crunches and The plank as seen below



Keep in mind incorporating weight training in your workout plan has many benefits, so don't shy away from it. Feel free to ask questions about it if you want to start.

If i were in your position i would probably just incorporate in some bodyweight exercises and do some running. (Jump Squats, Dips, Pullups, Chinups, Pushups) Get a cheap resistance band and you can do even more.

I need cardio endurance. I'm not trying a whole lot for muscle building here. I'm not trying to gain mass or anything. I'm happy with my current build ect. I just need to build cardio.

Yeah I do running. I run and run and run until I die. But I fucking hate running, so I'm looking for alternatives.

Boxer briefs, its good for athletics so your balls don't fly around. Some are pretty tight, but I have a brand on which its pretty lose in that area but secure and the leg cufs are tight on which I like and no bagging icon_smile.gif

Can you get Kefir that's the same or similar consistency to whole milk? I like the stuff I got but it's like a runny yoghurt. Is there a runnier version that can be used like, in cereals and shit?

Oh yeah, and I ate my first raw egg today. LOL

They have skim milk kefir here it is like milk, i like the Whole non homogenized myself

For all you reading this be careful. The whole non homogenized tastes like absolute garbage. Not sure if it is the brand or not, but any normal person would not consider it good. Trust me it's awful.

I've been eating every 2 hours now for almost 3 weeks, I weighed myself yesterday and I had dropped 2 lbs... WTF? lol.


Im eating 6 times a day >.< Types of things I'm eating are inbetween normal meals; yogurt, apples, banana's, wholemeal nuts (lots of these), chicken, protein shakes.

And I somehow dropped weight lol... Also my diet hasn't been 100%, I had some fizzy drink, and some small bad things like a brownie. So you'd think I'd gain weight :/


Either way, the only muscles that seem to be growing are my legs and my back. Give it a month and see what happens.

Don't go by a number on a scale so many things can change what you weigh at any given time, i flucuate 8-10 pounds daily, last week i was weighing in at 180 now i am back to 170, go by what you look like in the mirror that is where you will see true progress.

Tuesday i go for 315 pound deadlift pulled 290 fairly easily the other day.

Look exactly the same lol. I really want to join a boxing club, but theres nothing in the area thats close to home. The nearest is my uni, but all the trainning sessions are late, and I wouldn't be able to get back home with the shit train times.

May be forced to try kick boxing with my friend whos been doing it for a while. Problem is I want to bulk up upper body ;/

changes do not happen overnight. It takes months and years for major differences.

Just like missing a week at the gym isnt going to kill all your gains, one week at the gym won't make you gain 15lbs of lean body mass
