Hey, I'm looking for a new laptop that can play stuff like Guild Wars and WoW (though TF2 etc would be nice too), the only catch is the absolute limit I can spend is £200.

Because I'm utterly useless, I come to you, fair denizens of this hallowed place, to help me out. icon_smile.gif

Hehe that's kind of pushing it, I could only find one that would BARELY run TF2 and it's a little over-budget.

Acer Extensa EX5630 NB

It's not gonna give good performance tho

HAhaha sorry. But £200 will not even get you a laptop in the first place. I suggest buying something secondhand, lurk ebay for laptops etc..

£200? Seriously?

Not wanting to troll or anything but that really does take the piss a little.

You'll be able to get a decent spec'd netbook with that and that's it lol. Celeron M based laptop maybe if you're lucky.

If you push to £500-600 you might have something that's workable for those sorts of games.

If you have to, sell stuff on ebay to get the money for a reasonable laptop.

But yeah, I don't like your chances with that budget. You could get a netbook that would barely run anything... I can only just play wow on my EEEPC 1000H, GW is unplayable.

Hmmf 200 quid for a lappy hmm you'd have to look for an oldie on some auction based website, but one thing don't go to the Aldi or so these laptops from Medion..these are DO NOT WANT thingies, I'd say save up til you get 1000 quid and take a sleek Dell Inspiron ar a neat ASUS laptop there would be more choices available for ya bud.
