I went for a drive.
snowday01.jpg

It was quite entertaining.
snowday02.jpg

I actually bothered to take photos for once.
snowday03.jpg

Bit of a hassle though, I was paranoid someone would nick my vehicle when I jumped out.
snowday04.jpg

Roads quickly ran out though.
snowday05.jpg

And these tyres might've got me slightly stuck.
snowday06.jpg

Still got me out though.

The fastest I can go on my e36 is 120. Well.. ever did go.

Last month I ran into some cones on the highway at night going about 110. They did some major aesthetic damage to my bumper. Lost a blinker and foglightcovers.. and broken impact strips. That all looks allright now.

But I remain with a problem... My front left tire feels like it starts to shake and I can feel it in the steering wheel when I go over 70, making slight lefts on the highway. Makes a rumbling noise too.  I hope all it is, is that one of the cones knocked a weight off of my tire and all I need is for it to be balanced.

Love how the resident tough guy is happy to talk trash on an internet forum but back pedals as soon as he is called out. Typical coward. No doubt he'll respond to this with excessive bravado in order to restore his rightful place as a fully fledged internet badass.

I like to make werewolf...

Yup, I would check the weights.

I hope the axle is OK.

My car went into fuel saving mode on Wednesday.

I found the problem Thursday morning.

Part is replaced (plus the belt) but I think the pulley needs tweaking as it doesn't appear to be running true.

My new daily driver, a 93 Grand Cherokee with a 318 Magnum. Comes from factory with a Dana 30 axle in the front and a Dana 44 in the rear, so it's pretty possible I'll be helping it out with some sort of off-road capabilities.

Had to replace the crank position sensor and ignition coil, as well as the rad and water pump, but that's expected with it's age. Other than that, it's problem free.
