He was diagnosed with cancer and just said, no I dont believe you.
Now hes healthy and happily married.

so basically he's an idiot for thinking he knows better than doctors and a coward for refusing to face up to the truth but lucky because he ended up ok, although watching that video he doesn't seem ok

omg im watching again and im close to puking

right at the start when he says "most people would give up" NO MOST PEOPLE WOULD SHOW SOME INTELLIGENCE AND TAKE THE TREATMENT, THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF GIVING UP. seriously just because he's insanely lucky doesn't mean he made the right choice

I don't think that is exactly how the effect you are talking about works.

I believe it is true if you have more will to live you are likely to fight harder BUT it is the treatment that still kills the cancer, you are just staying alive longer to allow for this to happen.
