so basically he's an idiot for thinking he knows better than doctors and a coward for refusing to face up to the truth but lucky because he ended up ok, although watching that video he doesn't seem ok

edit:omg only just noticed that this is a satire
Perhaps if this signature is witty enough, someone will finally love me.

That really puts doubts in my head about him being actually okay because he does not seem to be. GG to him.

omg im watching again and im close to puking

right at the start when he says "most people would give up" NO MOST PEOPLE WOULD SHOW SOME INTELLIGENCE AND TAKE THE TREATMENT, THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF GIVING UP. seriously just because he's insanely lucky doesn't mean he made the right choice

edit:wait this is a satire, just noticed at the end, "we're going to ignore iraq some more" and them celebrating a woman dictator
Perhaps if this signature is witty enough, someone will finally love me.

It's the fucking onion... Jesus Christ you guys.

When I saw the title of this I was like "This sounds like a fucking onion news article". Then I read the comments...

Major facepalm.

After watching it I can't believe you guys thought this was real. My faith in humanity has been butchered.

Well, actually there may be a bit of truth behind this : some people say that cancer is partly psychological too. If you decide you're going to die, chances are you will die, but if you insist of living, it might help your body destroy the tumor.

I don't think that is exactly how the effect you are talking about works.

I believe it is true if you have more will to live you are likely to fight harder BUT it is the treatment that still kills the cancer, you are just staying alive longer to allow for this to happen.
