Crafted a second Tyrant's Helm (would be stoked about it if I didn't find one 3 weeks ago), and then crafted that with my Stainless Pot and got a second Bonk Helm. Then, crafted that with my medic mask, and got a Tyrolean (which I like my Medic Mirror more than). 
Also, yes, I'm whining about having a lot of hats just to annoy all of the poor and Irish people here.

I try to stay away from public servers, because all I'm hearing is "lol macfags" and people being crybabies about earbuds. PROTIP: No one gives a shit, just let the mac users have their fun for christ's sakes. They've waited long enough.
That being said, goddamn do I love the offline training. Sucks to only have four maps, but it's still fun. I'd take bots over obnoxious assholes any day of the week.

Same, I haven't heard anyone get abuse for earbuds at all yet.
I have heard people jokingly call out "GET THE EARBUD WEARER!" or something like that occasionally, but everyone is laughing and it's in good fun, sort of like when people were getting targeted for having a hat when they were first released.
I have to know what these awful servers people are playing in, since I rarely run into annoying douchebags* in TF2.

I don't see what was wrong with the old one, perhaps Valve thinks macfags can't understand a normal menu.

I really don't see what is wrong with the new UI, it looks nicer, it says what each button does, so there isn't a problem.

I really could care less about the UI, I can still use it, the buttons I use most are more predominant and I spend about 0.01% of the time TF2 is launched in these.. so who cares.

Honestly, I think the only reason people have a problem with it is because they're so used to the older design. I mean, the only real design problems with it for me is that it doesn't clearly indicate where you go to see your statistics, 'cause it's in the "Character Setup" button. it doesn't clearly indicate where you go to see your Achievements, 'cause it just says "View All" in the achievement tab, and the title of the game isn't even there. I saw a pretty nice revamp of the positioning of the buttons on the TF2 forums, but I don't think it's a bad direction.
EDIT: Also, I meant to say it like 5 times before, but I laughed at your signature.

I must be on some terrible servers, then. I didn't see this happen once, but like three goddamn times. Everyone rushed the earbud wearers and banned people who were trying to stick up for them. :T
