Not really TF2-related, but they finally fixed the bug where you'd have some random person's avatar pop up as the icon for an achievement. Must say, it was kind of fun, like a lottery of "what icon will you get now?"
I once got an angry Asian man for an achievement progress pop-up... rest in peace...

Also, dont know if this has anything to do with the updates but,
I was playing on this server i usually play on today, and suddenly everybody started getting hats, and tons of them, like four at the same time.
This went on for about half an hour then stopped. The most annoying thing was I DIDN'T GET ONE HAT!!!! EVERYONE ELSE GOT LIKE 2-4 HATS AND I GOT 0!!!!!!!!!
This happend to anyone else today?

I got a Glengarry Bonnet and a Football Helmet in one set of drops. I saw one guy get about 5 items, and 3 hats in one set. No idea what the motive behind doing this was, but going from 4 to 6 hats is fine by me!

Fast lane is a open map with lots of multiple ways to go in on a control point, making it VERY scout-dominant and flankable. using the FaN allows you to both stop enemy scouts much more efficiently and pick off isolated players.

Got all the achievements and the 2 hats without cheating
bringing my hat count to... 3

I tried the FaN for a while but quickly began to dislike it, ironically because i hated it scout v scout so much, i can usually beat pug server FaN scouts (not pub FaN+Sandman fags) because of the 4 extra shots and by remaining airborne as much as possible so i don't get slowed by the FaN stopping power, and FaN scouts don't like to jump and shoot that much cause its hard for them to aim so they remain on the ground and thus easier to shoot
But the FaN is very useful especially against a medic whose teamates aren't watching his back and other low health classes obviously

If people actually cheated to get those 5 achievements for 1 hat, (after the Halloween event is over you lose the bag hat) that is sad.
