I have been getting into doing timelapses recently. They are great fun and can, with a bit of luck, look great.

Here is my first upload to the web of a mix of a few of the timelapses I did this month.

Post your own timelapses, timelapse questions, or comments on my lapses here icon_smile.gif

PS I know about the text mistake on the video, I'm going to re-render the video when I get home

How about you just post awesome stuff from where you live. I am French and we invented democracy, existentialism and the blowjob. Those are three pretty good things. Everyone can agree on that note.

Saying stuff like yeah my country has lots of fat people and violent gangs so what. You live in a terrible place that is really cool man I'm happy for you. What about big American titties cahsin? Not now Roman I am busy but you get my point.

That was really freakin cool man. Favorite part was watching the bridge bob and sway.
What have you been capturing with and did you do anything in post?

I capture the images with a Nikon D300, shooting mainly with my favorite lens, the 70-200 2.8. I have a matte on my preview monitor that shows me what it will look like in the 2.35:1 aspect ratio I have chosen to use for this project. I use Lightroom 2 to batch tone the images and re-size them to 720p. I then open the image sequence with QuickTime Pro and export the sequence as a video file. I use Premiere Pro CS4 to cut the video together.

I have a huge shopping list of items to get when I have some money, but for now I'm happy with the stuff I've got.
