You start with three stars, so it means some people left some positive reviews for your behavior on XBL, rep doesn't mean much, mind you. One day you'll reach five stars without even noticing.

Used to happen to me a lot, I can't help it that I pwn. I got about 20% bad reputation apparently because of annoying behavior over the mic, and I don't even use a mic, haha.
