There's no issue to fix, frankly, because the game was just built that way. I get about 30-40 frames per second (but dropping hard in certain areas) on the lowest possible 16:10 resolution, and it still looks nice with anti-aliasing. My advice would be to hold it off until your next PC. icon_razz.gif

In my opinion, the opportunity has opened up to buy games from EA, because on Steam, they're DRM-free. icon_biggrin.gif

I second Crysis/Warhead if you can run it. Excellent games even disregarding the graphics.

You might also consider some of the 'packs' like the iD complete pack, the Epic pack, the Relic packs, etc., I'm sure you can find something there that is both a good deal and has games you want.

It's one of the coolest games I've ever played (It's my opinion xD I don't know your tastes so...) But still, it's awesome and it cost 10$~ or something near of that. icon_wink.gif Have fun with your future games icon_razz.gif

When will you stop begging people for 1.6? It's like 10 dollars in Steam.

You should get Crysis/Warhead if you got the computer for it.

It's an older game, but Return to Castle Wolfenstein is a great game. i enjoyed Dark messiah, and for $8, it's not bad. Some of my favourite games are Day of Defeat: Source, Hitman 2: Silent Assasin, and Max Payne 1.

They are having a really good sale right now btw. I recommend the Unreal deal for 20 dollars. You get UT, UT2 UT2k4 and UT3.

I bought GTA IV even though I heard bad things about it on the PC... haven't run into any issues yet. Runs a good 30FPS at 1280x1024 on around medium and high graphics.

Just picked up Crysis the other day. If you can run it on your PC, its an awesome game. I can see how some people may not like the game because you kind of have to take things slow with it, but OH MAN, the Immersion is awesome! Its like Farcry but with Better graphics.

I was one of the few people who liked Farcry btw

Also bro, You totally missed out on the Steam sale. If you don't mind waiting another year and getting a fuckton of games for super cheap, then do it. Otherwise go for it :3
