If you've been reading the Game Night thread, you probably know that me and MarD have got a Team Fortress 2 server up. We need your help deciding what settings we should choose, and what maps to include in the cycle, etc. So please answer the poll questions above and help make this server awesome!

If I lacked a sense of democracy to take out 2fort, I would probably have taken out critical hits without polling it. Unfortunately, I'm not that cruel. icon_lol.gif

Looks like our mapcycle is going to be:

cp_dustbowl
pl_goldrush
ctf_2fort
cp_well
pl_badwater

This is in no means permanent; if I get a general consensus that we should swap out a map, I'll do so. Also, I'll make sure there's "rockthevote" so we can choose a map that isn't in the regular cycle.

As of now, the time per map is 45. Is that alright?

EDIT: I need a very kind someone to do a few server errands for me. icon_wink.gif
1. Check if there's a "votekick" and/or "voteban" command in chat.
2. Check if saying "google" in chat opens up an MOTD-like window with google (so I can put in links in the game).
3. Screenshot my temporary MOTD so I can see how well it fits into the window.

I put this into my favourites and it says server not responding and currently my full list refreshed is only 400 servers....

Anyone know how to solve this?

I may have stopped the server to install SourceMod during that time. Try it again, and let me know if it still doesn't work.

As for the lack of servers in your list, it happens. I don't know, sometimes when I'm looking for a server that my friend is in by filtering out the map, the server doesn't show up at all. Also, sometimes I'll get 20+ de_rats servers in 1.6, and sometimes I'll get nothing at all.
