I really enjoyed the first Transformers, a solid 4/5 type film. It was entertaining and generally delivered what the audience wanted to see.
Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen blew Transformers out of the water.
The film is about 2 1/2 hours long and there isn't a dull moment in the whole thing. There was one too 'cheesy' moment - but it can be completely forgiven because of the film's overall quality. I thought the film was really multi-layered and had a bunch of things going for it: it was consistently hilarious, the action was enthralling, it was cleverly directed and it had the perfect degree of 'fan service'. The amount of Transformers they chucked into this film was awesome - yet none of them felt underdeveloped. Some of the coolest of the additions were The Twins - they were so funny and practically stole every scene they were in. Trust me, i could go over heaps of highlights in this film, but i feel i wouldn't be doing the whole film justice. Thus, i'ma cut it short: for me the film was a 5/5 or 9/10 type film!

i agree with all of that but i felt that it was too long, pointless action scenes dotted throughout the movie, kinda took away from the big "finale"... the fallen dieing in like 2 seconds when the whole movie builds up to that? :/
however optimus prime second action scene is orgasmic to say the leaste "ill take you all on" *second sword comes out* jizz'd myself
