Waste of money or not, it's something that alot of players have been wanting for a long time. I find it quite cool to be able to change the gender of my character.

Still waiting for race changes... then I am rolling orc.

I have to say female undeads are a bit cooler than the males but it sure as hell is not worth the 15 bucks. I would rather save up 10 more dollars and transfer.

Personally i don't give a shit what characters look like. I just hit random in the beginning and go with it since all i see when I play is my armor.

If they offered faction changes (so I can play with my RL Horde friends), or even race changes (if you want a particular race's bonus) it might be worth it.

I bet they offer it one day though, they have to milk it all they can.

PvE -> PvP doesn't actually do much. There's the same quests, you have the same spells, you do the same shit on a PvE server as you do on a PvE. Only difference is you can kill people without them being manually flagged.

They can, because they know how much shit they have to do PER CHARACTER for every race change. They have to scan every race specific quest in the game to see if they've been done or not. They also change racials.

For instance, there's a quest for SM or something for all horde races but undead, because it's about seeing if the undead are actually loyal or just being sneaky fucks. If a non-undead has done that quest and gotten the (albiet very good) twink shield from it... It wouldn't be fair to regular undead twinks if the initially non-undead twink switched over for the racial(s).

The ONLY way they can make race changes fair is if they removed ALL race specific anythings from the game. The only difference being faction. Would you be pissed if they removed all the racials? I know I would.

Innitially I thought re rolling undead would have been a better idea, however the 3v3 and 2v2 comp i will be running are way more condusive to a BE. the silence/interrupt is too valuable to pass up for wotf, especially when fear can be dispelled the moment its cast. undead dk's look the best though by far. at least to me
