Well, here I am. I got my pre-installed pre-ordered copy of Left 4 Dead on Steam. It's now 7:02 PM. The game will release at 9:00pm PST (Midnight EST) what do you guys think?
I wonder what to do for the next 2 hours. I guess I'll hang around here a bit. I'm gonna be sure to put on my Gamer Army Dogtags before I start playing though. Always prepared to Represent our beloved core.

I actually just pre ordered the game but I'll have to wait till tomorrow to play. I have school tomorrow so I can't stay up till midnight and play video games

Yeah, didn't anybody notice on My Games, there is an expiry date for the L4D Demo.. Kind of dumb if you ask me, what kind of demo is it if it closes in a certain amount of days? More like a beta if you ask me.

Too bad Valve won't release the game right at 12:01 am like they always advertise they will. Ever pre-load games on Steam? There's always delays, and bugs that force some people to re-download the whole thing, and slow download speeds... and keep in mind Left 4 Dead is one of the biggest Steam releases ever. More people pre-purchased it than the Orange Box. Their servers will get hammered.

thank god for fast internet connections, I didn't notice there was a pre-load option lol, but its at 35% right now, and will be done in 20 minutes
