I've just ordered this (should arrive on Monday), and was curious to see if anyone here has it?

It's £60/£50 most places I saw and I got it for £40.

Worth the price?

Are the DPI buttons easy to press mid-game?

..why are you asking if it's already been shipped? I mean, c'mon.. you'll find out for youraelf soon enough which is really the only way.

This is exactly what has been going on through the entire thread, and it's not the first time either.
You come to us for advice..you just spell out what you want to get, and then ask us if it is okay, and we have to explain why it isn't. That's the world upside down.. If you would just say 'hey guys, I have an X amount of money, what should I buy?' Then this would be over in 2-3 posts, not 2-3 pages.

Every time someone goes against Weiman's sig I feel like they should be bludgeoned for a few minutes in the head to feel the headache I feel when I realize someone really IS that dense.

True...But my mind has been going back and forth about it...It was an optional purchase on top of something and I threw it there to make the total price go over £800 (so I could claim 10% off).

Looking okay though, I should get it tomorrow.

It's okay for high sensitivity situations, but if you're on a low sensitivity (25cm/360 or higher) then I'd recommend something different.

?

That's one of the best gaming mice at the moment right now.

TONS of top CS and Quake players use that to compete competitively and professionally.

Here's Cypher. Winner of ESWC Masters, ESWC Finals, GameGune, and Quakecon 2008. Best Quake player in the world right now.

Gillz, that is a MS Basic Optical. The mouse you are thinking of that "tons of CS pros use" is the Microsoft Intellimouse (3.0 or 1.1).
And like that, he was gone.

Well depending on the game and the weapon in a game I'm using/playing etc I'm either a claw or a palm user.

RTS usually has me as claw and palm during RTS (unless I'm playing heavy in TF2).

Honest opinion? Overpriced. Laser (insta-fail). and gay. It's not going to make you any better at games.

MS basic optical, 1.1 and 3.0 use the same sensor.

My mouse's point of error is crap...Seomtimes I'll be playing a regular relaxed game and my cursor will spazz out and end with me looking at the sky shortly followed by death.

Well yeah, any decent mouse will prevent that.

Honestly, I might as well lock this thread because it's going to turn out in a discussion between people who are convinced of their own right which won't lead anywhere and will be utterly pointless since you've already BOUGHT the mouse.

Sorry.
