the recycle bin is basically just a shortcut - dont have a heart attack

a simple google search (the second result, actually) yielded this:

Right-Click desktop
Select Personalize
Select Change Desktop icon on the left hand side
Check Recycle Bin and hit apply

I personally, never use the recycle bin... It's just annoying to empty it all the time.
So I press Shift+Del to delete things instead.

Just a tip

Yeah I don't use mine either, I have the "Don't move deleted objects to the recycle bin, remove inmediately upon deletion" thingy on.
