anybody thinking about getting this game or heard any pros or cons on it? i have been playing guild wars for a pretty long time. Hopefully gw2 will be as good as regular guild wars.

i belive its been announced for like late 2009 so like they have nothing really to report at this point so near the beginning of the devolpment

They were supposed to enter beta in Q2 or later of 2008 (but still 2008 mind you).

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to GW2. I'm one of the biggest GW fans there is, and I believe they will make it better by putting in all the stuff that would have made GW better (such as an auction house good fucking god) while still keeping and improving the PvP.
Hopefully I'll be able to get a new PP guild going as well!

There really isn't much information released about it at all, hope they can do a good job of it. And i agree with the whole auction house thing... having to wait around to sell things is not too bad (a lot of the time) but an auction house would help so, so much.

As long as they do not screw up their PvP system again I will buy. Seriously ANet wtf were you thinking with NightFail? My opinion of course. With GW2 they say they are not going to repeat their past mistakes, I just hope they fall through. I will play the beta and decide upon my initial feelings.

The PvP in GW is the best PvP in anything resembling an MMO. Period.

What's up with the pvp system? It's fairly simple, easy to use, gets you good faction... only thing i can think of that is slightly annoying is having to wait minute after minute for another team to join in ab
