Could somebody point me in the direction of a nice pair please?
I was using my ATH-700 ones and they're all broken now :*(
I got a Creative Gamer Soundcard but so I want it to reflect good sorround sound in games, but I still want good music and stuff.
I looked through site but their gamer series look lame, please tell me which are probally best for me.
Thx in Advance - Dave

Buy the most expensive pair of headphones you can afford, then get a seperate microphone to put on your desk. Much better value for money that way, plus the desk mic will be an improvement over that of any headset.

You come to us for advice..you just spell out what you want to get, and then ask us if it is okay, and we have to explain why it isn't. That's the world upside down.. If you would just say 'hey guys, I have an X amount of money, what should I buy?' Then this would be over in 2-3 posts, not 2-3 pages.

the 600's are much better than the 650's, the latter has a really peculiar coloring to it

Dunno, when they only work when I plug the jack in half way. At one point I had to twist around with the jack a bit and they'd start working.
They don't sound right only plugged in half-way.

This is covered by warranty from what I know, I'd send it back as long as there is no visible damage. Should be a lot cheaper then getting a new pair.

Should be free dependant on how good Senn's customer service is. Most companies would offer a courier service OR just as good, they would refund any shipping expenses.

It's a good example, since a cable fracture IS covered under Sennheiser warranty. Considering Audio-Technica is a Japanese company who are very concerned when you have concerns over their fine products.. I'd expect at least the same.
Contact whoever you bought it from.
