Afflicted (good for pve too)

Afflicted is for tracking enemy timers in PvP, mainly in arenas. Includes text alerts when you interrupt enemies, or when you dispel a player or an enemy, all announcements can be sent to Combat Text, Party, Raid Warning or a specified chat frame.

cooldowntimers:

displays a timer bar for the cooldowns on your skills, items, and pet skills. At the expiration of the timer bar, you can optionally have a notification to let you know that a skill is ready.

Gatherer is an addon for herbalists, miners and treasure hunters in World of Warcraft. It's main purpose is to track the closest plants, deposits and treasure locations on your minimap.

Not really an addon but an application that manages your addons, updates them and so on. I really like the way it works, i'm not sure if i needed to post this kinda stuff but i know people who just downloaded some addon and lived with the same (buggy n' ghey) version for months.

If you're like me the dragon theme of the standard UI is just depressing and annoying, then download this. Makes everything into just a black/gray tone, can't really explain it just see for yourself. It's pretty configurable too.

TukUI (I think that's what it's called) is a very light weight simplistic UI. It's hard to configure (for me anyway) but it looks good.

My UI is pretty cluttered too, but I'm a tank and I need to know things, Like which hunter is using a tank pet in a raid, DPS, taunts etc etc
