1) The following acts shall be classified as prohibited acts, and ‘Kyong-go’ shall be declared. a. Crossing the Boundary Line
b. Evading by turning the back to the opponent
c. Falling down
d. Avoiding the match
e. Grabbing, holding or pushing the opponent
f. Attacking below the waist
g. Pretending injury
h. Butting or attacking with knee
i. Hitting the opponent’s face with the hand
j. Uttering undesirable remarks or any misconduct on the part of a contestant or a coach

To mansavage, sorry man, but knees are allowed to defend icon_smile.gif.

These are the official WTF rules of penalties from their website.

Is tripping allowed? I mean it says no attacks below the waist or grabbing, but if you placed your foot behind the guy and punched/kneed him to trip him, is that legit?

Btw what's the most coolest/usefully martial art that exist?

I say traditional Kung Fu and try to find a school that doesn't have bullshit like belts or point systems. A school that focuses purely on learning the art. Try to find one that has actual martial arts, and isn't handled like a sport. (Side note, it's an amazing workout, y'all should've seen my ass.)

I don't think you can really say that one martial art is the "most usefully"
What style of Kung Fu do you practice?
