To be honest, that chop is too dark to tell what's even going on in it. Maybe you could brighten it up a little?

Two complete guesses here, but #CaMer0n's is from Streets of Rage 2 on the Mega Drive, and that logo on Vishamon's looks pretty much identical to the Imperial seal from Star Wars, so I'm gonna have to go for Galaxies.

Hmmm, it does look like a relatively new game, so if it's Star Wars, that doesn't leave us with many options. I'm going to have to guess Battlefront II to make sure, 'cause if it's not that, then you've either managed to get a screenshot of Battlefront III, or it's EAW, or it's not a Star Wars game.
