I have a level 13 rogue and rising going Subtlety Spec and I have 4 points in opportunity But I was gonna go with this spec.
Should I respec or go with a Build that you guys choose.
I am currently not sure if I am going with Dagger/Sword or Dagger/Dagger
Sword/Sword Isn't really in the question as of the Ambushing but I will see what you guys have to say.

Uh if you're intending to level, I would go with combat swords. Daggers if you really want to but swords is a bit better. You lose backstab and ambush but the fact that swords are slower = higher SS's, and the sword proc is pretty good with a fast OH, but at lvl 13 spec doesn't really matter like at all. I think the spec I leveled with was just clicking on everything randomly.

I leveled my rogue as combat sword and it rocked, hard.
Blade flurry, extra swing etc. makes it so easy to grind ;]

With the patch not so long ago questing has become a much faster way of levelling, not to mention the items you can get. But personally, I grind, and just pick up any quests involves killing things that im grinding anyway. Its much more boring, but its just less of a pain in the ass if you ask me. Really wouldn't recommend just grinding your way up if this is your first character though, you'll be missing out on a lot of quest chains that'll introduce certain important characters etc.
Hand me my thinking grenades!

So when I get a alt I should just not bother doing all ze quests again?

Combat sword works for questing aswell. Imo it's just easier to kill mobs with it, well, more mobs at the same time

IMO don't respec till 35+ because at that low of a level you can just start slapping points in another tree and not second think it. It will hurt you more in the end when you go to respec and it cost a lot more.

Yes you're supposed to be leveling off quests, but almost all the quests worth doing are kill quests, as you get the xp for killing the mobs AND xp for the quest. Quest wherever you want, and stop thinking into things so much... The game wouldn't be fun if you started thinking of the most efficient questing method when you spawned in elwynn for the first time... Actually leveling wasn't fun for me at all, but it was in the beginning before I thought about how much of a grind it really was (pre 2.3)

Yeah I really have to get that outta my mind, I am just that type of person that has to Get every Coin or collect every Heart Piece.

Personally I'd level as daggers and assassination spec but that's because I love daggers something hard. Combat swords is a good levelling spec as well, though your openers are lost vs mobs that can't be stunned or are immune to bleed effects. You can always go for a dagger mainhand and sword offhand (what I did for assassination) until you get two good daggers, then go for mutilate or maybe shadowstep.

Also featuring...
Lolodos (L21 Blood Elf Paladin), Hadoukos (L18 Troll Hunter), Elemootal (L11 Tauren Shaman) and Firinmalazer (L10 Undead mage)

Do grind Hellboars 56-60 though if it's your second toon.
