Awesome videos tbh. Someone posted them a while back but they still make me laugh icon_biggrin.gif I just had to play TF2 after watching those...

I definitely understand the WoW argument. While it is fun to tell your friends how you camped someone or something like that, there is no true beneficial gain. Laughter is healthy though.

The Team Fortress 2 Trivia section has to be the best griefing ever really.
Especially since the griefing ends if they get it right.

Quite funny. I like Griefing with class. My friend and I played some DoD source and alternated reenacting historical assassinations. For example, I changed my name to Jack Ruby, and he to Oswald, and we waited for the Germans to spawn and run by us before I shot him with my Luger and said "Oswald!" over the mic. Next I changed my name to Abraham Lincoln, and he to JW Booth, and we did that as well. Can't forget Oswald/JFK, Sir Han Sir Han/Bobby Kennedy, and a few less known ones. Yet we got quite a laugh despite the fact that we weren't contributing and were team killing ourselves. BTW we aren't making light of their deaths, just making more of a social experiment.
If teh_pwnerer really pwned he would pwn in CoH.

what about the guy at the very end of the second video xD that was the best part of the whole 20 minutes the 2 videos lasted for, hahahaha

overall though, griefing just falls down to preference, most don't grief because they choose to play a game they enjoy, some grief because they can't play the game worth beans (and i believe are the only 'true' griefers <.< if they're no good, go play a different game pls), others grief because they literally find it preferable to the game regardless of how well they play ^_^

While i'm by no means an advocate of griefing, I gotta say that, that was some pretty entertaining shit. I'm glad I wasn't facing em, that's for sure.
