He also lost a great accent and gained a horrendous one.

That list posted doesn't end anything, that's most memorable baddies, not most evil, and it puts eggman and some other villains you'll forget in no time over bowser, I mean wtf.

The most evil villain would have to be Diablo, i mean he is desribed in the game as being pure evil.

As for the coolest villian, i'd have to go with Dr. Breen from the hl2 series, even though he was bad, he was doing what he thought was right, and he had a killer smile icon_smile.gif.
