I think i cried a little...
I cried like I did when Aeris died [/fanboyishness
To Confrico - I'm only 18 and I remember almost all of those games
Zelda: Link to the Past + Super Mario Brothers World = 1/2 of my childhood. Good times. (the other half was FF7 and the original Wild Arms)

Yea i think i teared up a little too, the guy did play way too many sports games. I think you'd have to be from like 18+ to get this. That video would flash before my eyes if i died right now. I miss those days, no bills, didn't worry about chicks or a job or clothes.. the biggest problem was how to beat the giant land in mario 3 and all the other little crazy adventures that brilliant grey box would bring you through.

I've only just recovered enough to be able to type, even now I can only just see the screen for the tears but can barely hear the clacking of the keys through my racking sobs.

Reminds me of physics class last year. All we did was play emulators.
Edit: HELP! I'm sandwiched in a double post.

fuck that. one of my favorite memories was playing mario 64 and kart 64 and thinking that shit was at the cutting edge.
i hated how nes and snes games were so hard and non-rewarding, especially single-player. me and my buds would take turns playing ninja gaiden 2 for example trying not to die and beating the level. and i still don't know whether to think if it was a total waste or not looking back.
but one of the good things about games where you die easily is that my friends sucked more than me, so i usually got to play longer...
and also, now that games are much easier, any fag gets to justifiably hog the controller for who knows how long, for example, ff7

You peelin' potatoes while we sonic alligators
Makin' records sellin' like we smokin' crack now
'Joe' -'what now'?
'We bad.' -'Bad how'?
'We make a track to shake a cow
and move you like you startin something nasty?
'And then' -What then?
'We do it again, don?t make no money for us to spend
on yachts and boats and planes and drugs and scooters?
- Hot Chip
