Been playing the beta for the last two hours now, it's pretty ownage I have to say. Performance sucks, system autodetected medium settings (fair enough, my specs are C2D 4300 at 2.44ghz, 2gb RAM, 7900gs overclocked) but didn't run nicely at those settings, turned it down to low, everything runs smooth now, and the game still looks freaking sweet; once they've optimized it it's going to be tight. Definitely a preorder for me.

That's when I tried setting everything up to highest graphics.
Works fine on Medium, but it stil takes a few seconds for the textures to load after i'm already in the game.

I've got an AMD dual core 4200+ 2.2ghz, 7600 GT, 2gb RAM and I can run the game on medium-low on a resolution of 1024x768. (shaders, textures, physics and post processing and on med, rest is on low), with a FPS of 30ish.
Thats with the new client, with the older one I ran on 20 fPS with those settings.

I've got a resolution of 1680*1050 so I may be taxing it a little more. Still, looks very nice. I'd post some screens but that might violate the NDA

I tried it out too but I'm also getting corrupted textures and tons of blurring...
Pretty much the entire island and sky is pure white and blurry... can hardly tell wtf Is going on.
I'm using Radeon x1800 GTO... display drivers and everything up to date. I can't find anything on ATI cards on their site or forum, I'd like to at least experience the game outside of the trailer and videos! BALLS.

just got the bitch installed on my main rig and even on medium settings (which apparantly are my "recomended" settings lol ) shes an absolutly STONKING game! I had high expectations from this game, I definatly wasnt disapointed! this is definatly going to replace CSS as my main FPS, no question. graphics are uber (even on my DX9 card), game play is awesome, physics are second-to-none, and theres a tonne of features which make it rediculously stratagy-based but without taking away one iota of enemy-bashing gameplay. Oh and did I mention?
THE NUKES LOOK FUCKING AWESOME!!!!

<333You're welcome and for reference for others, I did not use a keygen or anything. I just had extra keys to lob around and he was one of the lucky ones I saw saying he missed it and was interested. See, complaining does get you places. Also I wouldn't recommend posting screenshots, you know.. the whole NDA thing.
