a) Have the premiere in Melbourne instead of Sydney, and,

Not at least come to Sydney as well if you're coming all the way down to Australia.

Well, they are american, they put subtitles on anyone who sounds a little different. They most likely say that chinese and japanese sound the same too

Dont know why the interstaters are complaining. Flights with jetstar, virgin and tiger are all cheap.
Most expensive thing would be the taxi ride from the airport to the CBD.
If you stay near the CBD then you can spend the rest of the time in the city and try to win it back at crown casino if thats your thing.

If they wanted to be stabbed or robbed they would have chose sydney but they dont.

Im getting sick of every second post having to be about how you all think Syndey is better then Melbourne and that it should have the premier. They have enough time to do one premier, Melbourne was chosen, get over it.

Your name aptly fits your knowledge of this community. Although it may come to a bit of a surprise to you... this community has been going since '04. If you do a bit of research, you may just find about 20 threads all about the many many meetups of the melbourne fanbase... one for perth, one or two for sydney and one or two for brisbane. Melbourne wins.
