Thats not necessarily a character flaw, two obvious things it could be due to are Diet and Tiredness. Without a healthy balanced diet it can be difficult to concentrate. Stuff like sugar can make you hyperactive, if you dont already try to think about what is in your food. But then it could just be boredom, ur teachers are bad or whatever.. but these are poor excuses blablabla i guess udont want a lecture
