Sweet! But they missed out the 'Jack Thompson' exercise:

1) Hold your hand in front of your face, palm towards you.
2) Make a fist.
3) Militantly raise your middle finger.
4) Shout "FUCK YOU JACK THOMPSON!" [optional]
5) Repeat.
