I cant get photoshop cs3 trial working on my computer

hi these are the steps i take to show u guys what i did

I go to the website and click on download cs3 extended trial

then this appears.

then i hit save file and it starts downloading

then this appears and i hit next

then it starts extracting

then after its done this appears

then i hit finish and this happens

then nothing.. it does this for like 5 seconds then it disapears
and hers is a pic of the folder it creats when finished extracting

then i click on photoshop

then adobe cs3 and all this appears

and if i hit setup same thing happens shows folders for a few second then nothing.

any suggestions wha i should do

I would really suggest asking the guys in hardware/software. After all; it's just a computer program like any other.
