I have this. Well, I had that when I used Stepmania. Nearly 6GB worth of Stepmania songs. I think torrents are generally the best way to go, but I don't play much Stepmania so, wait for some more responses, I guess.

Okay, unlike gentleman boyce said, torrents aren't that good, since most simpacks can be direct downloaded from somewhere faster.
Go to DDRuk.com for the official simfiles (all konami DDR games) (you need to register first)
Go to Bemanistyle.com for original simfiles that are really good (you need to register first)
Go to Zenius-I-Vanisher.com for official and original simfiles (no registration needed)
between that, you should have a bunch of simfiles.
Other than that, you can just google them to find them, they aren't that rare.
BTW, Go download Foonmix 1 and 2. It's old, but its one of the best stepmania fanmixes ever made.
If you need help with stepmania, pm me. I've got your fix
*Edit*
after checking that link, it's pretty much a combination of all of DDRuk's official simfiles, and Otaku's anime simpacks, with a few other random simpacks thrown in. It's a good start, but it's missing foonmix 1 and 2, and ITG 1 and 2 as well.
Of you thought that was a lot of songs, that just scratches the surface. Stepmania is quite massive when it comes to simfiles.
