The bonus mission pack, well if NC are selling it for about 20, Amazon(UK) have it listed for 17.98, so the bonus mission pack will cost 2.02 and that will not get include the disks and packaging. (No idea on $) Nit-picky, erm yes, but does show that the free bonus pack is a typical special free ; it involves money.
Still GW:EN should be awesome, and the bonus mission pack is something I want so guess I am ordering direct, hehe icon_wink.gif

Intrigued to see if the foundations mentioned between GW:EN and GW2 will be evident.

The early access only allows people to go into the shiverpeaks area of EotN (GW:EN, whatever) so there would be acertain point that if you got to you wouldn't be able to go farther until the game comes out a couple days later

I guess you could say that. Personally I like leveling up. I'm more of a PVE guy than PVP, and getting stronger is just entertaining. I never did like the lvl 20 cap.

Until lvl 20, If you haven't had a character before, you will be flat broke most of the game unless you know what you're doing(or you happen to stumble upon a mini pet or a rare dye or item). Once you beat the game, you can really start rolling in money and buy whatever you want.

I'm a player of both WoW and GW myself. I find it's the best way to get the balance of both games.

I tend to play GW to death each time a new expansion pack comes out, complete the new campaign on my main character and maybe start a few of the new classes and complete it with them too. But after I've done that I find it loses its charm due to lack of endgame stuff, so I switch back to WoW until the next one comes out.

As for GW:EN, it looks good, and perhaps including further graphical improvements - but I'm not sure. Prophecies campaign was always my favorite so I'm happy that this one is expanding that. Also I think it's good that they aren't introducing any more classes, otherwise there might be some pretty serious balance issues cropping up all over the place.

We'll see how it turns out.

Rest in peace Troy "T-Bag" Dixon You will be missed.

that already happened tho, making that the reason for the endless nerfs and un-nerfs and the reason why nobody actually plays as assasin or para.
nvm - i'm lookiing forward to having a char hero and also to the new weapons and skills etc. some of them look like sweet aids pp_smiley4.gif

I think thats one of the strong points of GW, the balance is pretty good. There is one overpowered profession one month, then the next month it gets nerfed badly and a new one takes its place. That seems like the trent in WoW from my experience. I think every profession has the oppertunity to be great and all have their role in groups. (Except maybe assassin icon_razz.gif jk).

I agree with saying that most MMOs dont start into high end levels , the campains are a little screwed with level times

Profs: Slower leveling, gives players time to ajust to a class , unfortunatly you get retards who were boosted sitting at Thunderhead keep messing up party
Factions: Way to fast , get too many unskilled players at 20
Nightfall:Too many overcocky players , again leveling time is reasonably quick
Currently Playing:
Resistance 2: Level 30 Soldier, Level 8 Spec Ops
Left 4 Dead
Fallout 3

Plenty people play assassins.
It's just nobody ever accepts them into teams, because they are 99% Leeroys who die in about three hits and waste the monk's time constantly having to keep them bonded or rez them...
