I remember, the very first Pure Pwnage video I saw was the FPS Doug clip from Episode 5 (I was a HUGE FPS gamer back then... I've branched out nowadays). Pure classic. That scene will always have special meaning for me. Not understanding that it was part of a much larger show, it was very different watching it the first time than it is watching it now.

The sheer hilarity of the phrase "uber micro" never fails tickle me.
As for a specific line, I'd have to go with the way Doug says "...bust through there!..." in the car park scene in episode three. His relentless excitement just cracks me up.
