First of all, I can't double click an object to open it up. Second of all this:
http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/889/erroral0.jpg

Every program I open has that pop up "[insert program name here] has encountered an error it needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" also what pisses me off is the most useless program Microsoft has ever invented "Dr.WatsonPostmortemDebugger", that pops up occasionally every 10 minutes. [Taken out of contrast due to Weiman's displeasure], please post it, and if its useful. thanks.

Your very angry friend,
-Nguman

So if you find a solution that doesn't make you sound like an idiot, please post it, and if its useful. thanks.

Wow, and you expect us to help you with an attitude like that? ... Don't see why I should. Who are you calling an idiot if you say that EVERY program/object you open up causes this, while you somehow did manage to take a screenshot and post it here?

So I'm gonna ask you...does this happen to every program (no), does it happen in explorer as well?

Also, post an Hijackthis log.

This is exactly what has been going on through the entire thread, and it's not the first time either.
You come to us for advice..you just spell out what you want to get, and then ask us if it is okay, and we have to explain why it isn't. That's the world upside down.. If you would just say 'hey guys, I have an X amount of money, what should I buy?' Then this would be over in 2-3 posts, not 2-3 pages.

Every time someone goes against Weiman's sig I feel like they should be bludgeoned for a few minutes in the head to feel the headache I feel when I realize someone really IS that dense.

Look I posted this thread in another forum, and you know what I got? Uninstall that program, heck the thread was got deleted, because they believed it was fixed. Anyways I didn't mean to sound like an ass, I just wanted an answer other than Uninstall. And yes it happens to EVERY program. Even right now there is a Firefox has encountered an error it needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. beside me, as I type. BTW, you know the adobe cleanup message, yeaaa I opened that up with photoshop, and in photoshop I simply pressed PRT SCR, and CRTL V.

Does it happen when you boot into safe mode as well?

This is exactly what has been going on through the entire thread, and it's not the first time either.
You come to us for advice..you just spell out what you want to get, and then ask us if it is okay, and we have to explain why it isn't. That's the world upside down.. If you would just say 'hey guys, I have an X amount of money, what should I buy?' Then this would be over in 2-3 posts, not 2-3 pages.

Every time someone goes against Weiman's sig I feel like they should be bludgeoned for a few minutes in the head to feel the headache I feel when I realize someone really IS that dense.

Nope it doesn't show up in safe mode, however, in both normal and safe I can not double click to open an object.

Ok go into safe mode, fun msconfig and stop all unnecessary programs and services from running. Boot into normal mode and see if programs start working again.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Nope it doesn't work. Infact, the programs work, its just that that pop up remains there, and if I click close it actually closes the program thats how I was able to take a screenie.

A windows repair install seems the best to me..
