I don't know too much about Warriors so I won't say much for my own safety. All I know (at least at lower levels) is to stay away from the Protection tree, or maybe don't go too far into it.
Fury is good because Fear/Charm effects in PvP can be devastating for a melee player and you can break them with Death Wish.
I suggest finding your style of play, figure out whether you fair better against melee or caster opponents and adjust accordingly. It's a learning game and so I wish you all the best.
What server you on btw? Maybe some people here are on the same one and can help you further.

Hmm, I actually thought Prot was better against classes that use melee weapons ... I'll need someone else to back me up on that though because I'm not really sure. Roflcopters plays a Warrior maybe she can come in and shed some light on it for us.

Played the warrior class for over a year an a half so I will share some tips. First, if your planning to pwn in PvP, MS is your best way to go. MS is less gear dependant than fury is. With MS, you want high crit, and a 2-hander with as much top end as you can get. The epic maces in blacksmithing are a great weapon for MS, and definatly one of the best choices if you don't raid. As for the MS spec, I prefer this build.
Now, if its raid DPS you seek, fury is the way you want to go. Fury is at its best if you can get reasonably high crit and AP. Fury is also a very viable build for PvP, if you have the gear. The fury build I like best is this one.
As for keybindings, thats up to you. And since your a lefty, that would make it even harder to help you with. To give you an idea of what I like to do for hotkeys: I typically keep all the abilities I most frequently use as close to WASD as I can. I like to keep my right hand on the mouse at all times so I keep my least use skills on buttons that I need my right hand for. The hotkeys I use most for example are 1-6, SHIFT-1 thru SHIFT-5, F1-F5, ALT-1 thru ALT-5, CTRL-D, CTRL-F and CTRL-E. Any time I need a new keybinding added, I like to add it to one of these areas. Right now I generally add them to the CTRL group and then a key near WASD.
And one more crutial tip to keep you efficient as a warrior, HOTKEY YOUR STANCES !!! Trust me, you will thank me later. I use SHIFT-Q for Battle, SHIFT-W for Defensive, and SHIFT-E for Berserker.
Hopefully this helps you out.

I have a lvl 70 warr. Basically, if you're lookin for hard crits and slow weps, go MS/deathwish(arm/fury) If you're lookin for fast damage and some pretty nice damage, try fury spec. both specs are lots of damage ^^

- Hunter + Pet = Badass physical damage to cloth
- Warrior + Fury Spec = Immune to fear + dps to cloth
- Rogue + Stun = Non-moving, non-DoTing Warlock taking super physical damage
- Mage + Counterspell = Non-casting Warlock relying on demon (Ice Block + Remove Curse = no DoT's)
- Shaman + Earth Shock = Non-casting Warlock taking fair amounts of physical damage + fighting combat healer
- Paladin + Shadow Resistance Aura = Warlock relying on Fire and Demon (Demon vs Plate ... 1 curse with CoS)
I can keep going ... but really Warlocks are not super OP like you claim them to be. Every class has something to help in their fight and in the end it's the player with more knowledge and fast reactions that will win.

My 63 rogue can take on locks at least up to 68. I think it took me about 8 seconds to stunlock and kill one the other day.

Videos are for people who have too much time on their hands and a lot of HDD space to waste. Though I'm sure I have a SS somewhere.

rogues can do a lot when they blow their cool downs. I don't think it'd be that hard when you have the best 1 target burst damage in the game and your hitting a cloth wearer that can't move. try a plate wearer gg.

Best 1 target burst damage? Ambush Backstabs for 5k are ezmode but AP POM Pyroblasts for 8k aren't burst damage at all. Yep.

But you can't Cheap Shot/Gouge can you? Mage damage can be epic I won't deny that at all, but a Rogue has better pwnage against ranged attackers than a Mage (that is of course if they can get in range first ... Paranoia ftw!).

No, but I can pvp trinket out of it, and zerker rage out of your incaps.
Better pwnage = flare and nuked by hunter, amirite? The only class I can think of that rogues have an advantage against is shadow priests or warlocks.
maybe shaman too, from what I've heard.
