Lern2manual.
But seriously, you can wait on the manual at Asus' site. Although they SHOULD have given you a manual with the mobo.
As to your second question: It's spelled Anisotropic. Lern2spel.

Jesus Christ, this thread is made of fail lol. The "things" in the blue box, pinkish one = printer port, the black one = digital audio port and the yellow one is prolly an audio out. The red one is an external Sata much like how you have USB's, the port is for external devices. Did you get a CD with your mobo? If you did, I'd be willing to bet the manual is on it..
Edit:
What version of the P5B do you have?

You didn't actually specify "I don't have the CD either".. But anyways, P5B Deluxe or the P5B Plus or the P5B-E or the P5B-VM SE or the P5B Premium Vista Edition, specific information is a frigging must here dude.

Yeah the yellow and black ones are both digital audio out or SPDIF (sony philips digital interface), black one is fibre optic and the yellow one is co-ax cable with RCA header.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Well they are pretty obselere, bet people are also forgetting the game port, the serial port, those old keyboard ports and the ISA expension slot.
Interestingly too most people here dont know what a PCI-X looks like (weiman, komet, stabby) but you dont see much of those anywho

Common, parallel port is what ya need to poor-man wire a playstation controller so it works with your computer...it was as if my computer was a PSX! (yes yes i know...)
I miss my freaking game port! I also hate not having a serial port (i'm too cheap to buy a USB adapter)...htf am I supposed to program small devices?
ISA slots I remember...PCI-X probably had a computer with it...but don't recall the name.

Also have both onboard serial ports

Meh you may not, its pretty much a server only port.
Also on the note of obscure ports, those chunky floppy connectors for the oldskule 5" drives, SCSI, infrared (got a transmitter for that sittin round somewhere) and 5v PCI (looks like a backwards standard 3v one)
