Well, she was getting food, but it was through a tube. The article's title is a bit misleading. It's more like she hasn't TASTED anything for 2 years.

Not to say it's any better. That would still be pretty suck.

I saw the thread title and I thought it would be something about anorexia.

But it's great that she made it. Having her stomach removed and being fed directly through her veins . . . . . I doubt I could ever cope with something like that.
